Bruce Reinhart wanted to be a builder from his youth and pursued a degree in Industrial Arts at Sam Houston University. He has now been working successfully in the industry for over 40 years with his wife and business partner, Debbie. Bruce is a B.O.I.–a term Galveston natives will instantly recognize to stand for “Born On Island.” Bruce has great affection for the island and is dedicated to maintaining its spirit in Beachside Village’s architecture and design.

Debbie Reinhart, while not a B.O.I., is proud to call Galveston home. With a degree in Business from the University of Texas, Debbie manages the financial aspects of Beachside Realty. She and Bruce met in Galveston in 1977 and married in 1981. They became an unstoppable husband and wife team, working as equal business partners in land development, real estate, property management, and residential construction. Debbie loves the process of home renovation which has become a hobby in her own home. They love to travel and spend time with their children.
